Twin shaft pugmill is a heavy-duty industrial equipment used for continuous, high-strength material mixing. It uses two parallel, counter-rotating mixing shafts to force the material to mix and shear through high-torque blades, so that it can be evenly mixed, wetted or granulated in a short time. This equipment is particularly suitable for materials with high moisture content, high viscosity or uneven particle size, such as soil solidification, road base mixing, cement stabilized gravel, fly ash modification, tailings treatment and other engineering applications. Compared with single-shaft or gravity mixers, the twin-shaft pugmill has stronger mixing homogeneity and structural stability. It is usually equipped with a variable frequency control system, wear-resistant lining and sealed bearing structure. It is suitable for continuous, large-volume, and stable operation under complex working conditions. It is one of the key equipment in geotechnical treatment and infrastructure construction.
