Circulating cooling water system dosing device is a device used to automatically add chemical agents to industrial and building cooling water systems. It is designed to prevent scaling, corrosion and microbial growth in the system, and to ensure heat exchange efficiency and stable operation of the system. The device is usually composed of a chemical storage tank, a metering pump, a control system, an agitator, a pipeline and a sensor. Through an automated control program, it monitors and accurately adds a variety of chemical agents such as scale inhibitors, corrosion inhibitors, bactericides and algaecides in real time according to water quality parameters. It has a high degree of intelligence and can achieve quantitative dosing, on-time dosing or automatically adjust the dosage according to feedback signals, greatly improving operating efficiency and reducing manual operation errors.
