The CODcr water quality online automatic monitoring instrument is an automated water quality analysis device based on the principle of chemical redox, which is used to continuously and in real time monitor the concentration of chemical oxygen demand (CODcr) in water bodies. Its core function is to oxidize the reducing substances (mainly organic matter and some inorganic reducing substances) in water samples under strong acid conditions through specific oxidants (such as potassium dichromate), and quantitatively analyze the amount of oxidants consumed in the oxidation process through detection techniques such as photometry, electrochemistry or titration, and then convert it into a CODcr value in milligrams of oxygen per liter (mg/L). The instrument integrates sampling, metering, digestion, detection and data transmission modules, and has automatic sampling, precise temperature control digestion, multi-parameter calibration and remote data transmission functions. It can adapt to different water quality conditions (such as high chlorine, high salt, suspended matter interference, etc.), and is widely used in sewage treatment plants, industrial wastewater discharge outlets, surface water and drinking water sources, etc., to provide real-time and continuous quantitative data support for water pollution monitoring, process optimization and environmental management.
