Description
The global Built-in Bypass Soft Starter market size is predicted to grow from US$ 1446 million in 2025 to US$ 2053 million in 2031; it is expected to grow at a CAGR of 6.0% from 2025 to 2031.
The impact of the latest U.S. tariff measures and the corresponding policy responses from countries worldwide on market competitiveness, regional economic performance, and supply chain configurations will be comprehensively evaluated in this report.
The built-in bypass soft starter is a motor starting control device with an integrated bypass contactor. It can automatically switch the current to the bypass circuit after the motor is started, so that the main circuit thyristor stops working, thereby reducing device heating, reducing energy consumption and extending the life of the equipment. The soft starter controls the voltage or current during the starting phase to achieve smooth starting, reduce impact current and mechanical stress. After the start is completed, the bypass is automatically put into operation, so that the motor is switched to full-voltage operation. Compared with the traditional external bypass structure, the built-in bypass soft starter occupies less space, has less wiring, and is more convenient to install. It is a cost-effective and easy-to-maintain energy-saving motor control solution.
