The bonded honeycomb vibration isolation platform is a precision platform designed to provide excellent vibration isolation performance by combining the honeycomb structure with the upper and lower plates and the side panels through high-strength adhesives. The platform adopts a sandwich structure, with the upper panel being magnetic stainless steel (SUS430), the middle being an alloy steel honeycomb core, and the bottom and side panels being made of carbon steel (SPHC). The structure of the honeycomb core ensures the high rigidity and stability of the platform. The platform adopts broadband damping technology, has good dynamic rigidity, can effectively suppress vibration, and provide stable support. Its surface is precision ground and flatness optimized to ensure the accuracy of optical device fixation. The design of the screw holes also makes the platform customizable to meet the needs of different specifications. In addition, the platform design takes into account the prevention of chemical substances from flowing into the honeycomb core, and the lower side of the screw holes is sealed by a cylindrical cup, which enhances its durability and environmental adaptability.
