The right angle planetary reducer is a reduction device that combines a planetary gear transmission mechanism with a right angle transmission structure. It achieves the function of speed reduction and torque increase through a planetary gear train and changes the direction of power transmission using a right angle transmission structure (such as bevel gear transmission), resulting in a right angle arrangement between the output shaft and the input shaft. During operation, the power from the input shaft is transmitted through the planetary gear transmission elements, including the planet gears, sun gear, and internal gear ring, to achieve speed reduction, and then the power is output to the output shaft via the right angle transmission structure. The right angle planetary reducer has the advantages of compact structure, a wide range of transmission ratios, strong load-carrying capacity, and high transmission efficiency. It is suitable for transmission applications where space is limited and a change in the direction of power transmission is required, such as robot joints and automated production lines.
