The air-cooled Roots vacuum pump is a vacuum equipment that is highly efficient and widely used in various industrial fields. The air-cooled Roots vacuum pump is a vacuum pump that adds a bypass gas cooling system on the basis of the ordinary Roots vacuum pump. This pump uses an external cooler to automatically circulate the gas to cool the rotor and the pump body, thereby ensuring that the pump can operate reliably for a long time under high pressure difference and high compression ratio. The working principle of the air-cooled Roots vacuum pump is based on the relative movement of two synchronously rotating rotors in the pump chamber to form a periodic change in volume, thereby realizing the suction, compression and discharge of gas. A small gap is maintained between the rotors and between the rotors and the pump chamber wall to ensure that they do not contact each other during high-speed rotation, thereby avoiding mechanical wear and leakage problems. During the compression process, heat is generated due to the compression and friction of the gas, but the air-cooled Roots vacuum pump uses a bypass gas cooling system to pass the cooling gas from both sides of the pump body into the suction chamber of the pump to cool the rotor and prevent the pump from being damaged due to overheating.
