(2) The bone conduction microphone technology is used for receiving calls, which means collecting sound. Air conduction means that sound waves pass through the air to the microphone, while bone conduction means that sound waves pass directly through the bone.
The earphones made with these bone conduction technologies are called bone conduction earphones, also known as bone conduction earphones, bone sense earphones, bone transmission earphones and bone sensing earphones.
