The vapor chamber uses the principle of liquid evaporation and condensation to conduct heat from the heat source to the heat dissipation part, thereby achieving uniform temperature distribution and efficient heat transfer. Thin and ultra-thin vapor chambers use thin metal or alloy plates, usually filled with working fluid (liquid medium) inside. These plates achieve even distribution and efficient conduction of heat through the evaporation and condensation of liquids.
