Spherical alumina preparation process:
1. Ball milling method (high energy ball milling)
Ball milling is the most common method for preparing plagiarized alumina powder. The ball mill itself is a horizontal type, with a built-in steel ball grinding medium, so that after the material enters the cylinder, it will collide with the steel ball to produce an impact force to achieve a crushing effect. Adding grinding aids in the ball milling process can improve the uniformity of powder particle size.
2. Polymer network sol-gel method
Advantages: small particle size; disadvantages: poor sphericity
