Parallel seam sealer, also known as spot welding machine, seam welding machine, and spot welding integrated machine, is mainly composed of two parts: the upper computer (PC) and the lower computer (single-chip microcomputer). Divided into manual parallel seam sealer, semi-automatic parallel seam sealer, fully automatic parallel seam sealer, suitable for microelectronic devices, optoelectronic devices, crystal/SAW and other packaging.

Principle of parallel sealing welding:

Pressure is applied to the base and lid, welded by electric current. First put the cover on the base, install the roller electrode above the cover, and pass electricity to the cover and the base through the roller electrode. The contact resistance between the electrode and the cover is very high, thereby generating Joule heat, which is used for welding. The electrode is energized while rolling from the edge of the cover. As the current flows, a certain area will be welded. When the welded part is continuously welded without gaps, it means that the effect of airtight packaging has been achieved. Most of the electronic components in the base are quartz crystals, microelectronic sensors and optoelectronics. Parallel seal welding and resistance welding also use pressure and electricity to weld the base to the metal cover.
