Low-temperature denitrification catalyst is a highly efficient composite oxidation catalyst, which is non-toxic and has no secondary pollution. Low-temperature denitrification catalysts are critical in various industrial processes, particularly in reducing nitrogen oxides (NOx) emissions. These catalysts enable efficient conversion of NOx to nitrogen (N₂) at lower temperatures, making them increasingly relevant in sectors that require enhanced emissions control technology. It can catalyze in a wider and lower temperature range (room temperature to below 300°C).

The non-electric industry contains many industries. Affected by the production processes and other conditions of different industries, the flue gas conditions of each industry have different characteristics. The flue gas of coke ovens has the characteristics of low flue gas temperature (mostly between 200℃-250℃), complex flue gas composition, and large differences in flue gas NOx content. The flue gas of steel sintering has the characteristics of low flue gas temperature and wide range of variation (generally between 120℃-180℃), large flue gas volume and uneven distribution, large variation of SO2 concentration in flue gas, and complex flue gas composition. The "original" flue gas temperature of cement kilns is relatively high (above 300℃), but it has the characteristics of high dust content and contains a large amount of alkali and alkaline earth metals. High dust is easy to clog and wear catalysts, and alkali metals are easy to block or poison the catalyst surface, which is very unfavorable for high-temperature SCR denitrification; if the SCR denitrification reactor is arranged after the dust collector, the flue gas temperature will be reduced to below the conventional treatment temperature zone of high-temperature catalysts. Therefore, for several major sub-industries in the non-electric industry, if high-temperature SCR denitration catalysts are used, the flue gas needs to be heated, which will greatly increase the operating costs of the enterprise. In comparison, low-temperature SCR denitration catalysts can still maintain high activity under lower temperature conditions. On the premise of ensuring that the denitration efficiency is met, it can avoid or reduce the heating of flue gas by non-electric enterprises. Therefore, the use of low-temperature SCR denitration catalysts in the non-electric industry can effectively help enterprises reduce energy consumption, save energy, and complete the emission transformation of pollutants NOx, which has obvious competitive advantages and social and economic value.
