LOR (Lift-off Resist) is a type of photoresist used in microfabrication processes. Photoresists are light-sensitive materials used to transfer a patter onto a substrate in the fabrication of microelectronic and microelectromechanical systems (MEMS). LOR photoresist is commonly used in the lift-off process, which is a technique for pattern transfer. In this process, a layer of LOR photoresist is first applied to a substrate.
