The enzyme analyzer is essentially a disguised photoelectric colorimeter or spectrophotometer, and the basic working principle and main structure are basically the same as that of photoelectric colorimeter. The light wave from the light source lamp is turned into a monochromatic light through a filter or monochromator and enters the specimen to be measured in the plastic microplate. The monochromatic light is partly absorbed by the specimen, another part is irradiated to the photoelectric detector through the specimen, the photoelectric detector will convert these light signals into the corresponding electrical signals, electrical signals through preamplification, logarithmic amplification, analog-to-digital conversion and other signal processing sent to the microprocessor for data processing and calculation, and finally by the monitor and printer to display the results. The microprocessor also controls the movement of the mechanical drive mechanism in the X and Y directions through the control circuit to move the microplate, thus realizing the automatic sample feeding and testing process.
