Compared with chemical cross-linked foam, the advantage of electronic cross-linking is that its cross-linking process is more uniform and environmentally friendly, and no chemical cross-linking agent is required, avoiding chemical residues. Due to its uniform closed-cell structure, the material exhibits excellent compression resistance, tear resistance and low water absorption performance, and has good thermal insulation and cushioning properties. This foam has a wide adjustable density range, is lightweight and flexible, can withstand temperature changes of up to 100°C, and has excellent weather resistance, making it suitable for long-term use in complex environments. It meets environmental protection requirements, is non-toxic and odorless, and can meet the strict requirements of different industrial fields for material safety.
