For this reason, the GlobalData Construction Risk Index (CRI) once again ranks the country as top destination for contractors to operate - a position that Singapore has held since the Q4 2023 CRI. In this latest update, Singapore has received an overall risk score of 18.4, marking a 1.1 index point decline compared with the previous update (Q4 2024). This decline means that Singapore will maintain the lowest possible A1 rating, a feat that no other country has achieved.
