The antenna vibrator has a rod shape, a plane shape, etc., and the processing technology includes sheet metal, PCB patch, plastic, etc. The existing two manufacturing processes are LDS process (laser direct forming technology) and selective electroplating PEP. The optional materials of 5G plastic vibrator are: PPS, LCP, PPA. The dielectric loss of LCP is lower, and the dielectric loss of PPS is almost 4‰ at 2.5GHz. The reason why the vibrator is made of LCP material is that at the actual frequency, the dielectric loss of LCP is 1.5‰, which may be lower in the case of 2.5GHz.
