Methylcyclohexane is an organic substance with a molecular formula of C7H14 and a molecular weight of 98.19. It is a colorless and transparent liquid. Methylcyclohexane, also known as cyclohexylmethane, is a colorless organic solvent and scavenger, which can partially replace benzene and ketones. It has a fragrant odor, low toxicity, and can cause redness and dryness in contact with the skin. It is soluble in ethanol, ether, benzene, acetone, etc., but is insoluble in water. It can be widely used as a solvent for paint, rubber, varnish (some correction fluid solvents also use methylcyclohexane), and can be used as a grease remover Wait.
