MagIndustries Corp. (MagIndustries) is a forestry and minerals mining company. The company operates through its three business units: mag minerals, pdc exploration, and mag forestry. Its mag minerals division owns Mengo Potash Project, which is capable of producing 1.2 million tonne agricultural grade potash fertilizers per year. MagIndustries' pdc exploration division focuses on Makola exploration permit covering an area of 1,111 square kilometer and the Loango exploration permit covering an area of 441 square kilometer, which includes six exploration wells and produces several thick layers of high quality carnallite deposits.
