Mark Whitehead, Mark Thompson from Musson Cattell Mackey Partnership were appointed as architects and Luxton Donald & Associates as archaeological consultant for the project.

In November 2016, a rezoning application was submitted and awaiting approvals.

The project involves the construction of mixed-use facilities over an area of 157,935m2 in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada.
