The project involves the construction of a mixed-use complex comprising three towers ranging between 21 stories. The residential tower is known is The Piazza and the 290 room hotel tower is known as Piazza Southern Tower.
It includes the construction of 298 apartments, a tower comprising short-term accommodation and hotel uses, a restaurant, a bar, conference rooms, a swimming pool, parking and related facilities.
The Piazza southern tower includes the construction of 204 short-term accommodation apartments, of which 187 will operate as part of a dual key arrangement comprising studio and one bedroom components.
