On March 28, 2014, ZOM and AIG acquired the site from a partnership of Banyan Street Capital and Crocker Partners for $16.8 million.

ADD Architecture has been appointed as the architects and Balfour Beatty as the construction contractor for the project.

Savino Miller Design Studio has been appointed as the landscape architect.

On June 9, 2015, ZOM secured a US$108.35million construction loan from the JPMorgan Chase Bank and HSBC Bank USA.

In May 2017, topping out ceremony held.

Construction activities on the project are underway and expected to be completed in the fourth quarter of 2017.
