Yida International Investment Antigua Ltd (Yida) and Government of Antigua and Barbuda (GoAB) are planning to undertake the construction of a mixed-use facility in Antigua and Barbuda.
The project involves the construction of a mixed-use facility on 647ha of land comprising 1,300 residential units.
It will include the construction of two five-star hotels, a casino, villas, a conference center, a 27-hole golf course, a marina, a commercial facility, retail and commercial facilities, sports facilities, parking and related facilities.
