The project will be executed in phases. The first phase of the project includes 41,806m2 of condominiums space and 9,290m2 of retail space.

Selldorf Architects has been appointed as a design consultant. COOKFOX and TEN Arquitectos (TA) have been appointed as architect. Under the terms, TA prepared preliminary designs for the redevelopment site with a new tower which will rise approximately 20 floors above the existing structure.

In December 2016, WP and ACG received rezoning approval from the City Council.

WP and ACG received a $300 million loan from Morgan Stanley.
