Klover Architects Inc has been appointed as an architect, A L Huber as a general contractor, BHC Rhodes as a civil engineering and Newmark Grubb Zimmer as a lease consultant.

In December 2016, the Lee's Summit City Council approved rezoning and a preliminary plan for the project

As of July 2017, pre-construction activities are underway.

The project involves the construction of an 119,844m2 mixed-use community on 34.3ha of land in Lee's Summit, Missouri, the US.
