The project involves the construction of a 27-story office tower comprising two ground floor retail tenancies, streetscape works, a Grade-A office space in 20 levels as well as a rooftop terrace level with a 24,416m2 net lettable area.

The project includes the construction of a store room, loading dock, three-podium level, meeting rooms, conference room, dining area, 196 bicycle spaces and 63 visitor bicycle parking spaces and a ground level outdoor terrace and the installation of elevators, safety and security systems.

A three-level podium comprising 88 car parking spaces and 21 motorcycle parking spaces.

The NRA Collaborative (nra-co-lab) has been appointed as architect.

In January 2018, WIC submitted a revised development application to Brisbane City Council.
