Woodland Development Corporation (WDC) is planning to construct a Woodland Village Complex in Massachusetts, the US.

On June 8, 2012, Hanover’s Zoning Board rejected the proposal to build the project.

On February 10, 2014, HAC ordered HZB to issue a comprehensive permit for the development of the project.

WDC will propose a rezoning application for the development of the project in 2017 town meeting.

Project is facing delay due to legal issues.
