Wroclaw City Council (WCC) is undertaking the construction of the New Zerniki WUWA 2 Housing Estate project in Poland.
The project involves the construction of 5,000 homes on 40ha of land and being developed in stages. The first stage of the project includes the construction of 400 homes and two five-storey residential buildings.
It includes the construction of parking facility, leisure facilities, access routes, public space with kindergarten, a school, a community center, a church, estate marketplace and related facilities.
Lower Silesian Regional Chamber of Architects and SARP Wroclaw have been appointed as architects, and Business Design as a lighting consultant, Blockpol Sp. z o.o. as an associate developer, Atal S.A. as a leasing consultant, Vantage Development as an associate developer for the project.
On December 20, 2011, design activities started.
In November 2013, Archicom was appointed as an associate developer for the project.
In the third quarter of 2016, construction activities were commenced on stage one for the project.
In July 2017, construction activities on the two five-storey residential buildings were completed.
Construction activities are underway.
