In August 2015, Verzasca received approvals from Federal Aviation Administration but hasn’t submitted plans to the city.

In March 2016, Verzasca acquired land for the development of the project at a cost of US$13 million.

Dorsky Yue International LLC has been appointed as architect.

In January 2017, demolition works commenced and are underway.

In June 2017, Verzasca revised the project plans.
