Burns & McDonnell (B&M) in collaboration with VanTrust is undertaking the expansion of headquarters in Missouri, the US.
The project involves the construction of two four-story office buildings on a 70,819m2 area and is being developed in two in phases.
First phase involves the construction of an L-shaped 28,892 office building and 340 surface parking spots and an 885-space parking garage.
The second phase involves the construction of 13,935m2 office building and 668 parking spaces.
It will also include the construction of a 250-seat auditorium, a 1858m2 child care center, a 232m2 rooftop terrace, four large training rooms and 60 conference rooms and related facilities and the installation of elevators
The project will be funded by B&M and VanTrust.
Shaw Electric Co. was appointed as MEP engineer.
USRA Construction Management has been appointed as lead consultant.
B&M's in-house division is undertaking the design and construction activities.
On June 26, 2014, the groundbreaking ceremony was held at the project site.
On May 19, 2016, construction acitivites on first phase was completed.
Planning activities are underway on second phase.
