The project involves the construction of a 23,225m2 manufacturing facility. It includes the construction of office space, process development, and quality control laboratories and a fully segregated fill/finish suite.
The project also includes the construction of eight independent modular clean rooms for 2,000 L-scale productions in single-use bioreactors, production units, processing units, warehouses, administrative space and related infrastructure, and the installation of equipment.
ARCO Design/Build, Pinchal & Co.and Creed Commercial Development were appointed as associate developers, Crosspoint Engineering LLC as Civil Engineer for the project.
In December 2015, the project received approvals.
In March 2016, ground breaking held marking the commencement of construction works.
Construction activities are underway.
