Vulcan Real Estate (VRE) is undertaking the construction of a mixed-use complex in Seattle, Washington, the US.

The project involves the construction of three blocks over an area of 73,114m2 comprising 370 apartments, ground-floor retail space, and 812 parking spaces.

The Block 37 between Terry and Boren avenues north, includes the construction of a 16-story, 220-unit apartment tower and a six-story office building having an floor area of 13,563m2.

The Block 31 between Terry and Boren avenues north, includes the construction of two buildings. First building consists of a 14-story tower comprising six-story office space and eight-story of 80 unit apartments. Second building consists of a six-story office building, total two buildings will have a floor area of 28,707m2.

The Block 25 between Boren and Fairview avenues north has two halves. The western half consists of a 13-story tower comprising six-story office space having an floor area of 13,526m2 and seven-story with 70 unit apartments. The Eastern half consists of a six-story office building having an floor area of 17,397m2.

Graphite Design Group has been appointed as architect for three blocks, Runberg Architecture Group as architect for residential units, GLY Construction as the general contractor, and Exxel Pacific as the civil contractor.

In September 2014, the city board reviewed the designs of the towers.

On February 17, 2016, meeting held with design review board for design reviews for Block 31.

In September 2016, the design review board approved the previous stages.

In the first quarter of 2017, construction works on Block 25 and Block 31 commenced and is scheduled to be completed by 2019.

Design activities are underway for Block 37.
