In December 2016, VCM filed two proposals with the Department of City Planning for either 371 apartments and 2,245m2 of retail space or 396 apartments with no retail. The final plan will be decided through public review process

The construction is expected to commence in the first quarter of 2018 and scheduled to be complete by the end of 2019.
