Design Collective has been appointed as architect, Campus Apartments as an associate developer and Torcon Construction as contractor.
On July 22, 2016, the Civic Design Review Board considered the planning application which was submitted by UoS.
On August 2, 2016, the City of Philadelphia reviewed the planning applications.
On September 7, 2017, UoS broke ground on the project site.
Construction activities are underway and scheduled to be completed by 2019.Scope
