Alder King Planning Consultant has been appointed as planner, AWW Architects as architect, Clarke Bond as engineering consultant, and The Richards Partnership as landscape architect.
In April 2015, UoB conducted a public hearing on the project plans.
In May 2015 UoB submitted an outline planning application to the North Somerset Council and secured approval in January 2016.
As of June 2017, UoB is in the process of obtaining final planning approvals.
