The University of Western Australia (UWA) is planning to undertake the Residential Estate and Conservation Area project on the eastern portion of Lot 4 Underwood Avenue, Shenton Park, Western Australia.
The project involves the construction of a residential estate and development of conservation area on 33ha of land.

Following the environmental approval, on September 8, 2010, the Western Australian Planning Commission granted conditional subdivision approval for the project.
The annual Compliance Assessment Report (CAR) for the period of July 2013 to July 2014 has been prepared in accordance with Condition 4 of Ministerial Statement 835 and has been submitted.
On December 21, 2010, the annual Compliance Assessment Report (CAR) was approved by the Office of the Environmental Protection Authority (OEPA).
