It includes the construction of 366,967m2 of residential space, 22,296m2 of assisted living facilities, 111,483m2 of office space, an 18,580m2 retail space, 14,399m2 hotel space, 28,799m2 cultural and civic amenities, a 2ha park, and 10,030 parking space and other related facilities.
Boston Global Investments has been appointed as an associate developer, Arup and HOK Group, Inc. as master planners and PCR Services Corporation as Environmental Consultant for the project.
In May 2016, preliminary work including the remediation of the site was in progress and UTX was in the process of seeking approval.
In August 2016, demolition works were underway.
As of August 2017, demolition works were completed.
The project involves the construction of a mixed-use development on 19ha of land at the former Rocketdyne site in Warner Center, Los Angeles, California, the US.
