In May 2016, preliminary work including the remediation of the site was in progress and UTX was in the process of seeking approval.

In August 2016, demolition works were underway.

As of August 2017, demolition works were completed.

Scope

The project involves the construction of a mixed-use development on 19ha of land at the former Rocketdyne site in Warner Center, Los Angeles, California, the US.
