UltraTech Cement Limited (ULTRACEMCO) is planning to undertake the construct of Cement Manufacturing Plant in Madhya Pradesh, India.
The project involves the construction of two cement manufacturing plants with a production capacity of 3.5TPA each at Dhar and Satna.
The Dhar plant will be developed with an investment of US$404 million.
It includes the construction of a quarrying unit, crushing unit, blending unit, drying unit, milling unit, preheating units, pre-calcification units, clinker cooling unit, packaging unit, shipping unit, access roads, the installation of conveyor belt, safety and security systems.
On October 23, 2010, project was approved as part of single window clearance.
In July 2016, the board approved the construction of the plant at Dhar.
Planning activities are underway. Construction works on the Dhar plant are scheduled to be completed by the fourth quarter of 2019.
