Urban Capital Property Group (UCPG) and ALIT Developments (ALIT) are planning to build a high-rise residential community in Ontario, Canada.

The project involves the construction of a high-rise residential community comprising 1,880 units on 5.6ha of land. It will be executed in five phases with construction in the north and south parcels.

The north parcel includes the construction of 12-story rental building comprising 140 units, a 27-story condominium tower with 306 units, a 14-story condominium tower and two 24-story and one 29-story condominium towers comprising over 1,000-units located along York Mills Road and Valley Woods Road.

The south parcel includes the construction of 12-, 22- and 24-story condominium towers comprising 554 units and also 130 rental and stacked townhouses.

The project includes the construction of meeting rooms, party rooms, fitness facilities, indoor pools, 2,222 parking spaces and other related facilities.

The first phase of the project includes the construction of a 29-story condominium tower comprising 336 units in the north parcel.

The second phase includes the construction of a 27-story condominium tower with 306 units and a 12-story rental building with 140 units in the north parcel.

Rafael Bigauskas Architects Inc has been appointed as the architect and Cecconi Simone Inc as the interior designer for the project.

P & B Marketing Ltd, The Milborne Group, and International Home Marketing were appointed as the marketing consultants for the project.

In October 2016, UCPG and ALIT submitted the site plans for the second phase to Toronto City Council.

Scope

The project involves the construction of a high-rise residential community comprising 1,880 units on 5.6ha of land in North York, Ontario, Canada.

The US$500 million project includes the following:

1. Construction of three condominium towers of 12-, 22- and 24-stories each in South parcel

2. Construction of five condominium towers ranging from 12-, 14-, 27-, 29- and 24 stories in North parcel

3. Construction of fitness facilities

4. Construction of indoor pools

5. Construction of 2,222 parking spaces

6. Construction of other related infrastructure
