The residential units, including 91 one-bedroom and 75 two-bedroom apartments. The parking garage will contain two below-ground levels with 246 spaces residents can access from Pennsylvania Avenue and another 68 above ground.

Bernardon Haber Holloway Architects has been appointed as architect for the project.

In January 2016, Tsionas unveiled the project plans.

In October 2016, the Planning Commission held a public hearing regarding the request and recommended conditional approval of the zoning assignment.

GG+A has been appointed as general contractor for the project.

In June 2017, demolition work completed on the site.

Construction works are slated to commence in July 2017 and scheduled to be completed in the fourth quarter of 2018.
