The Odyssey Trust Company Ltd (TOTC) is planning to undertake the redevelopment of Odyssey complex in Belfast, Antrim, Northern Ireland, the UK.

Turley Associates has been appointed as the planning consultant, RPS Consultants as consultant engineers and Henry J Lyons and Partners as architect for the project.

The first planning application was submitted to Belfast City Council in 2009. In November 2013, TOTC received outline planning approval.

In July 2016, TOTC announced the plans for constructing access roads for the project site.

In December 2016, TOTC issued an expression of interest (EOI) for the development of the project.

TOTC is in the process of selecting the developer.

The project involves the construction of a mixed-use complex on 7ha of land in Belfast, Antrim, Northern Ireland, the UK.

The US$164 million project includes the following:

1. Construction of 798 residential units

2. Construction of two hotels on 22,438m2 of land
