Tamilnadu Trade Promotion Organisation (TNTPO), a joint venture of Tamilnadu Industrial Development Corporation Ltd (TIDCO) and Indian Trade Promotion Organisation (ITPO), Government of India, is planning to expand the trade center in Tamil Nadu, India.
The project involves the construction of 16,000m2 of trade center on 13.76ha of land and increase the gross floor area (GFA) to 30,000m2. It includes the construction of an exhibition space, an administrative space, meeting rooms, conference facilities, parking and related facilities.
Taamaesek Engineering Consortium has been appointed as engineering consultant and architect.
As of June 2017, TNTPO secured permission for utilising additional 3.76ha of land for the project and a detailed project report also approved by board.
