The Fane Organization (TFO) is planning to build a residential complex in Providence, Rhode Island, the US.
The project involves the construction of a residential complex comprising of 46-stories on a 50,953m2 of area. It includes the construction of ground floor retail space, a fitness center, recreational facilities, a resident’s lounge, parking and related facilities.
IBI Group Inc has been appointed as the architect and DarrowEverett LLP as legal adviser for the project.
TFO initial plans were to construct three towers consists of 33, 43 and 55-stories.
In January 2017, the providence city council(PCC) decided to move the project to a second phase of consideration.
PCC advised TFO to revise the plans from three towers to a single tower with 46-stories.
In June 2017, TFO submitted the revised plans to the PCC.
On July 25, 2017, the I-195 commission gave level 2 approval for TFO‘s Hope Point Tower project and Rhode Island Commission(RIC) has approved the revised proposal to build a 46-story tower.
PCC is in the process of evaluating the revised plans on the project.
