Triple Equity Sdn Bhd (TESB), a wholly-owned subsidiary of LBI Capital Bhd (LBI), and LBS Bina Group Sdn Bhd (LBS) joint venture is undertaking the construction of a mixed-use complex in Pahang, Malaysia.

The project involves the construction of a mixed-use complex on a 21,660m2 area.

The project will include the construction of three blocks of serviced apartment comprising 610 units, an 186-room hotel, a spa, a gym, a swimming pool and a parking facility, and the installation of elevators and safety and security systems.

The first tower includes the construction of 192 serviced apartments.

On January 24, 2014, TESB signed a joint venture (JV) agreement with LBS to develop the project. LBS's wholly-owned subsidiary, Equal Sign Sdn Bhd (ESSB) as a developer, will pay TESB US$1 million upon the execution of the agreement.

On January 24, 2014, LBI secured development approval and building plan approval for the project.

In the first quarter of 2015, construction commenced on the project and expected to be completed by the end of 2018.

The project involves the construction of a mixed-use complex on a 21,660m2 area at Gohtong Jaya, Genting Highlands in Bentong, Malaysia.

The US$99 million project includes the following:

1. Construction of three blocks of serviced apartment comprising 610 units
