The Tridel Corporation (TDC) is undertaking the 64 and 70 Cordova Avenue condominium project in Etobicoke, Toronto, Ontario, Canada.
The project involves the construction of a three-tower residential complex above a three-story mixed-use base building containing grade-related retail. It includes the construction of 1,300 residential units, retail units, parking and other related facilities.
Tower A includes a 35-story building comprising 377 residential units on a gross floor area (GFA) of 28,000m2. Tower B includes a 45-story building comprising 502 residential units on a GFA of 34,000m2 and
Tower C includes a 38-story building comprising 421 residential units on a GFA of 29,000m2.
Kirkor Architects & Planners has been appointed as design consultant and Janet Rosenberg and Associates Landscape Architects as the landscape architect.
On June 25, 2013, Etobicoke City Council (ECC) held a community consultation meeting for the project.
On July 8, 2014, the council approved the recommendations of the Report of the Director, Community Planning, Etobicoke York District to enact a proposed zoning by-law amendment for the project.
In February 2016, project site received specific development standards from the Toronto Council.
In December 2016, plans were approved and construction works commenced.
Construction works are underway.
