It includes the construction of five office towers with a 500,000m2 gross floor area, three 30-story residential towers, five hotels with 1,000 rooms, community facilities, retail space, parking and related facilities, the development of open space on 8ha of land, and the installation of elevators, safety and security systems.

The name of the highest tower is known as Phikul Tower and is 380m and has 90 floors.

The master plan is being designed by Skidmore, Owings & Merrill (Thailand) Ltd with Plan Associates Co., Ltd, and Architects 49 Ltd Company.

Atchain has been appointed to undertake the Architectural Visualization.

In April 2017, TCC and FCL unveiled the development plans.

Construction work on the overall development is expected to be completed by 2025.
