The Toronto City Community Development Department (TCC) is planning to undertake a mixed-use development in Ontario, Canada.
The project involves the construction of a mixed-use facility comprising 1,640 residential units.
It includes the construction of five buildings ranging from 30 to 40-story which will include mixed-use podium buildings, a 14,843m2 area of commercial/retail space, a 6,213m2 area of office space and more than 2,540 parking spaces.
The development proposals will include the construction of buildings with 30-story, 32-story, 32-story, 38-story, and 40-story, featuring four mixed-use towers and a retail building. The five building blocks are named as Building A, Building B, Building C, Building D and Building E.
Building A is located along Pharmacy Avenue and has a four-story podium with two tower components, 40 and 30-story, with a total of 658 residential units, 2,846m2 office and 2,103m2 retail space on the second floor of the four-story podium.
Building B is located along Eglinton Avenue includes a 38-story building with 360 residential units, 1,950m2 of retail spaces and 1,706m2 of office space.
Building C is located along the east side of the property, adjacent to a proposed private driveway, with a 32-story tower comprising 320 residential units, 1,541m2 of retail space, and 661m2 of office space.
Building D at the southeast portion of the site includes a one-story retail store, with a gross floor area of 7,143.94m2 area and parking facilities.
Building E will at the southwest portion of the site includes a 30-story tower with 302 residential units and 2,105m2 of retail space.
Kirkor Architects & Planners has been appointed as an architect and Sherman Brown Dryer Karol as the planner for the project.
