In June 2010, TBI submitted a preliminary plan to Prince George's County Planning Board (PGCPB) and on October 28, 2010, PGCPB approved the preliminary plans for the development.
In September 2014, TBI submitted a site plan for proposed grading and infrastructure works of the project.
On December 2014, TBI submitted an application for the approval of a specific design plan for infrastructure works and was approved by the planning board in January 2015.
In March 2015, meetings were held by the planning board to discuss the project.
As of February 2016, all major entitlements of the project were completed.
