The first phase includes the construction of a six-story residential building comprising 179 condominiums, four condominium townhomes, two townhouse buildings with eight units each, 1,360m2 of retail space, 301 parking spaces and 150 bicycle parking spaces.
The second phase includes the construction of two residential buildings with four and six stories comprising 171 condominiums, 560m2 of retail space, 241 parking spaces and 135 bicycle parking spaces and the third phase includes 14 freehold townhouses, nine condominium townhouses, and 28 parking spaces.
Rafael + Bigauskas Architects has been appointed as the architect.
As of February 2018, planning activities are underway.
Construction is expected to be complete by 2021.
