The Texas A&M University (TAMU) is undertaking the construction of student housing project in Texas, the US.

The TAMU’s Residence Life office will manage the housing.

In June 2014, Balfour Beatty secured US$104 million in tax-exempt bonds to fund the project.

Construction works on the first phase of the project commenced in June 2014 and got completed in August 2015.

Planning activities are underway on the second phase.
